Hi all,

First time posting here.

I have an account on google.cloud that I use for backups of several of my clients. I have setup "Project" for each client and added "'buckets" for their backup. All is good and I have done this multiple times but not for about 4-5 months.

I recently added another client, went in and created a project but when I go into the Dashboard, there is nothing there. I checked the other Projects and they all show what I would expect, but not this one. I was using Internet Explorer to look at it. I tried lots of things but could not see anything. I then used Microsoft's Edge browser and there was all the stuff I would expect. However, that was one time. Now when I use Edge I get an error when I login and click Console - Invalid Request. And I have tried this from several different computers at different sites - my office, my home, and even at a client. And if I use Firefox, I can't even login. I put in my username and password and it keeps going back to the login prompt.

So I am stuck. I can login with IE and see my old clients but I can't see the new one. I don't get it.

HELP please!

This issue report would be better handled in a Public Issue Tracker, as Google Groups is meant for general product discussions. I recommend you open a new issue report in the PIT (Public Issue Tracker) with your observations.

It is also recommended you record a HAR file while you experience the Cloud Console issue, and attach it to your PIT.  You can also use the 'Send Feedback' button in the top right of the Cloud Console to open an internal issue with the Cloud Console team.
