DocList query URI no longer working

I know that this is more of a DocList API related question, but I feel
that I don't get responses on that forum as quickly as I do on this
one. Plus this answer to this question should be very quick.

I've been developing an application for months, part of which performs
a DocumentList query to list a user's spreadsheets that have
associated forms. The URI I've been using is:

http://docs.google.com/feeds/documents/private/full/-/form

Starting a couple days ago (or possibly a bit before), this query
began returning 0 results. I have several forms in my Google Docs
account, and haven't made any changes there. Yet suddenly this query
is returning 0 results, which is blocking my development. Is this URI
no longer supported, or is this just a problem on Google's side?
