You can check the backend of the application at http://yourdomainname/_ah/api/explorer and you can see the loadbalancing and performance testing at google developer console. Hope this will help

Thanks for the reply.Yes, I can check the api in the api explorer. Where can I check the Load balancing tests in console ?Do I need to handle manually those tests or Google will take care of load balancing ?How can I monitor the performance of an endpoint if thousands of requests are coming at same time ? Is there any test suite to run those test cases?Thanks,
