Fileservice file.create() took to long to respond

Hello there, I am experiencing problems when writing file to
blobstore:

com.google.apphosting.api.ApiProxy$ApiDeadlineExceededException: The
API call file.Create() took too long to respond and was cancelled.

The app was working fine until today and when I noticed the issue I
quickly checked app engine status and there were yellow question marks
regarding storage and java services. But now the status is green and
my app still can't save data into blobstore.

Anyone else with similar problems?

Could someone clarify if I should file a separate production issue
when one for the problem in question already exists, or should I just
star the existing issue?

Also, this is a very urgent problem for me, is there an ETA for
repair?
