Problems/delay with refreshing our website on different devices after updating content

I have a web site using your service of hosting. I've been having problems with my post in the site.  I already set-up the cache time for 1 minute, but there is a difference time of update when I access the website in differents devices. For example, if I update the content in  the CMS (Wordpress v4.5.3), I can see in my pc instantly but I've a delay in my iphone ( I just can see after 5hrs). How I fix it?

Lucas, I can't help you with your question. But I want to notify you that one of your screenshots with the environment variables shows passwords and secret keys of your app. 😕 I strongly recommend to change all of them!
