The two messages seem inconsistent, which one is correct?
Is the price adjusted?

It would be easier for us if you provide screen captures with English text.


Which project is the one experiencing the issue? You seem to have more than one project and different billing accounts. You can send us confidential information in a private email.


I have verified your app engine quotas page for one of the projects, but I am unable to access your billing data, for security reasons. To properly interpret this data, you may consider reading the “View your Cost and Payment History” help page. General information on quotas may be viewed on the “Quotas” documentation page.

It does not exceed the quota of 28 hours a day,
But I have seen the cost of generating on the billing page.

Not only in this project, the other is the same situation.

I have exactly the same problem and the billing support team has wasted me 5 days without even acknowledging what's the problem. And our billing gone crazy.

My usual billing for previous 12 months were under $20 and this month (only half month passed), I have a bill of nearly $100 and it is still growing.

I need to take to a senior staff ASAP.

On the page with the vertical list of zero values, where you land if you navigate to app engine --> quotas --> view usage history in the dev. console, there is an information label on top saying "These costs are estimates based on App Engine list prices." Estimates may be wrong to some extent, as they are what they are named: only estimates, by contrast to guaranteed and double-checked values. In your case the estimates are all zero, if I look at another project I can see non-zero values. In all cases, these values are provided for orientation and best-effort basis, just to provide an estimate. They are not meant to be compared with the final values (on the second page in your screen captures).

Yeah, you are trying to rob us don't you?

My previous 3 years were charged for say $15 per month and this month the bill goes up 10 times and you say it's "estimate only"? Our usage remains the same.

If that's an estimate, then it's far off, million of times off.

You are perfectly right. The situation is as follows: some projects in free trial have been billed and charges are going to be returned to the affected Clients. Google Cloud Status Dashboard displays a warning to this effect. 
The "Google Cloud Platform Billing Support" provides the same information. If you are in this situation, the erroneous charges will be refunded to you. 

Lawrence: what is the project name affected by unjustified charges and at what moment? You can provide this information in confidence via email.

Thanks George, I have replied privately, please let me know if you have received it.

Got 36 Project IDs in total, hopefully that's not too scary....

One more thing, besides refund (well actually re-adjust the balance by crediting is OK) , as this month's bill didn't come yet....

Could you confirm the problem is already fixed and no more new error charges will happen again this month and coming months?

Your patience in this respect is much appreciated: the problem is not fixed yet, but under attention, and filed as issue https://buganizer.corp.google.com/issues/36201328 . You should check this issue for all further developments and final resolution.

Hi

Same issue. Daily spending limit set to $0.10. But approximate charges so far this month are $4.85 today.
