Cannot use manual or basic scaling in default version of the default module

Hi,

I would like to switch to a version that uses manual or basic scaling. 

Unfortunately the radio button of the version is disabled.

Is there any restrictions that I've missed?

Why I cannot use this types of scaling  in the 'default' module ?

I'm not sure exactly the cause of the screenshot you provided, and it seems odd that there would be no default version seemingly indicated, but I think it would be best to switch from the old appengine console to the Cloud Developers Console, at any rate. See if the same UI issue persists there. You can find the version settings in the side-bar under "Compute > App Engine > Versions".

Yes, on the new console it works, I did not think about it.

Now I can switch to a manual or basic scaling.
