API for data in app engine admin console

Hi,

Is there an API to grab the stats/data that are displayed in an application's admin console?

Specifically, I'd like to get access to the stats about my various task queues (# of tasks in a queue). Generally, I'd like to be able to access any of the stats for monitoring/etc.
