Can't get a SMS message to activate google app engine servise

Hi,

I can't verify my account by SMS from
http://appengine.google.com/permissions/smssend.do, tried many times
with
friends' mobile phone no, maybe my phone no was NP.

I'm wondering that if anyone could solve this problem for me?

I'm having the same problem, too...I'm in Guam and the local carriers
aren't supported, even though we're a U.S. territory.
