Adsquery tool not working

Hi, 

I'm trying to run Peer Set benchmarking for a client but the tool in the ads query tool doesn't work and gives me the error below:

Error: Server Error

The server encountered an error and could not complete your request.

Please retry your last submission.

If the problem persists, please contact the person responsible for the application you're using, or, if you are that person, report your problem and mention this error message and the query that caused it.

I require the data for 1-apr-2011 to 30-jun-2011 for 10 parent companies.

Please help!!
