Hi,
I have a problem. I've activated billing for one of my new app (sciigears) because I want to migrate from M/S to HRD. Since the M/S app has many stored data, I activated billing on the new app before migrating.
Now the problem is that the new app (app id is: sciigears) is stuck at the "Activating Billing" status. I've appeared as the billing admin, some quotas have been increased, some are not (like the emails).
Also I'm not able to change some settings which require billing (for example setting the min-max idle instances).
Please look into it.
