this is the GAE I deployed an year ago. App is still working fine, but am not able access the system status

I tried to access the console or dashboard, but the GAE status page shows, no project available.

anything I missed out or How do I access the admin cosnole or the dashboard for this app?

When you say "system status", does that mean the admin console/dashboard, or do your mean App Engine's general status page at https://code.google.com/status/appengine ?

Try looking at both the classic App Engine console at appspot.com and the new console located at cloud.google.com/console for your application. If you still don't see your application ID, try checking any other Google accounts you have - you might be logged into the wrong account.

If all else fails, you can try filing a ticket to find out the account owner, although I'm not sure support will give that information out. Consider abandoning that application and creating a new app ID then re-uploading your code - there's really no need to reuse app ids when you can just get another.

Hi,

am the app/account owner and I meant "system status" as the admin-console/dashboard. I tried both places appspot.com and cloud.google.com, but cannot retrieve the project for my gmail id.

Were there any changes done inside Google to move the GAE projects to cloud and is that the reason, I lost my project details?

If the project id and its details are lost, how come the URL is still working fine with a valid project-id "firstmsstime21"?

cant this be backtracked in Google to pull up my project ? or is that service allowed only when I subscribe to a silver/bronze/gold support?

You're probably not logged in with the same account you created the project with.

The accounts for the project certainly do not match the account you used to post this message to the forum.

am an idiot, no doubt!

after your reply, I realized, I used a different id to register my project on appspot and i tried to access this app from my other id.

am able to access my project and its dashboard, with no issues.

thanks Stuart, for the pointer, it really helped.
