Survey App on Appengine

Hey Developers,

See the new App called Survey Form Creator. I've developed this with HTML5 support, so open the link in Chrome.

As of now, the Survey creation and Survey response is developed. If anyone is interested in developing the Reports page, please reply to this thread so that we can collaborate. I'm using JPA for persistence.
