Where is the migration tool?

Hi,

I'm migrating my app from the master/slave to the high replication datastore.  I'm following the steps described here:

http://code.google.com/appengine/docs/adminconsole/applicationsettings.html#Migrate_from_Master/Slave_to_High_Replication_Datastore

Step 1 in the Running the Migration tool sections says:

Open the admin console, select the app you want to migrate, and select Application Settings>View Migration Tool.

I've opened the Application Settings of my application, but I cannot find the Migration Tool.  Has it been moved elsewhere?

It might have moved but I don't think so.
