Quota debugger needed

As the new pricing modes is much more complicated and detailed than the old one it would be very helpful to have a quota debugger.
I'm thinking of a eclipse debugger view that will reflect how many GAE resources will be consumed (in the same way as shown in the billing history details) when stepping through the code when running on the local server.
This would greatly help us to find the expensive spots in the app.
