Bucket data missing, then re-appears

We have some data stored in GCP Storage Buckets. One issue that happen was as follows..

The data in one of our buckets suddenly disappeared for a few days. We tried connecting to it through GCP Console (in the browser) and also Cloud Storage FUSE. After a few days, it re-appeared in the bucket, although we didn't do anything to solve the problem. Now we are worried how to prevent that from happening again, and suspect that it was due to a bug on Google's side.

I hope you could help us clarifying this..
- How could we get help from Google on issues like this? We have a "bronze support package" which doesn't include technical support, even if we are a pretty decent GCP user spending around $1k per month.
- Has anyone had an issue like this before? Do you have an idea of what could have gone wrong?

Hi Mihajlo, cases like these (potential defects to the platform) are better served when reported by opening a public issue tracker as described in this article so that proper attention will be given to it. You can also search for existing or similar issues with the issue tracker. If no similar issues, feel free to open a new entry so that our engineers can take a look on what could have gone wrong.
