Hello all,

I'm trying to contact appengine_pre...@google.com, but I'm not getting answers any more.

So, I was wondering if some of you could help me with my doubts.

"""
Hi,

I have 3 differents domains. Could I setup only one premier account
for all my apps ?
I have 4 apps, and only 3 of them use domains. The rest uses
.appspot.com domain. How to proceed in this situation ?
"""

Thanks a lot :)

Premiere accounts can have unlimited apps underneath. That is a selling point. You no longer pay the $2.10 a week per app, you only pay for the resources you use.

Quota’s Yes. Hard Limits, such as the available Ram, MemCache, Number of Files, Byte count of your App. No.

I went here http://code.google.com/appengine/docs/premier/index.html...

I think that apps must be associated with some domain on google apps.
That's why I'm asking if I need 3 differents premier accounts to my 3 apps on diferents domains.
Also, how to proceed with 1 app that don't have any google apps domain associated with it ?

Thanks

I don’t know on the if you can have a premier account if you don’t have apps for domains…

I know if you have a premier account that in your apps there is a button in the dash board for “associate with a premiere account”  and that adds that to your premier account.

Hi Felippe,

Premier Accounts are indeed a domain but associated with billing only.  So, whether your apps are hosted on that domain (or other domains) is totally irrelevant.  When you sign up for a premier account, you'll then be able to associate any appid to your account/domain so that all billing will flow through the account.  So, no, you don't need 3 different premier accounts in order to host on 3 different domains.

I suspect there is no “Pre-sales support” You either need them for $500 a month. Or you don’t.

I also suspect that being an Email, they get lots of people sending Support questions there from people thinking they will get free support.

I’m not google, but likely you will do better asking questions here than sending them to the premiere alias.

Also Just as a general rule.  With Most Support Contracts, And that is what you are buying, buying the support contract doesn’t add new features to the TV, nor does it guarantee that the TV won’t exploded, It only guarantees that you won’t be with out TV when bad things happen for very long.
