CPU Quota does not reset

my CPU Quota is suddenly at 100% at 9AM, while it's usually around 10%
at the end of the day. CPU Used/Seconds charts doesn't show any spike
or unusual activity.

I've seen lots of warmup requests / dynamic instance restarts lately, may be it's related.

Hi Xavier, there was an issue with memcache this morning, so its possible that your CPU usage went up because you were hitting datastore much more frequently that you typically do.  Based on your knowledge of your app would that explain it?
