Possibly the same issue as last time possibly not. Dashboard showing 0 instances, customers upset.

Hello,

Looks same issue. Me too. But downtime looks shorter than before.
System Status says status is Normal, and no downtime notify announced...

We experienced this as well. 10 minutes of downtime around midnight eastern with 0 instances running.

what is your usual number of instance, are you using java / go / python and are you a paid user?

By the way, I'm "go" user and luckily didn't encounter such situation. 
How much requests / second you usually have? (I'm asking to making sure it's not because there is no http request... as the instance auto shut down if no one use it...and spin up once there are http request).

We get about 2.5 requests / second so it's not the auto shutdown.

I've got similar usage as yours, 

By the way, I have configured the performance settings like this:

Idle Instances: ( Automatic – 1 )
Pending Latency: ( Automatic – Automatic )

Wonder how you configured it....  (or you may try setting it like mines..), if the problem still exist perhaps we can conclude the problem is dependent on the type of language engine.
