Cloud shell simply doesn't work

Hello!

Cloud shell does not work.

After the editor is started, there are messages that start, connect and everything is going on,  more than anything, a command line does not appear and nothing happens.

Maybe somebody faces such problem

Are-you logged in properly in Console? Where do you run the Console, on which OS: Linux, Windows, Mac? Are you situated behind a company proxy or other similar setup? Did your cloud shell ever work? Is this the first time you tried launching Cloud Shell? What browser are you using? Does the issue disappear if you connect to the Internet differently, from a different network, if you run a different browser on a different OS?
