I started getting a ton of automated emails about production errors on App Engine. A lot of my taskqueue tasks are returning DeadlineExceeded errors. I tried to upload a new version to pause the task queues until the issue passes but I can't upload any updates. I get

Error 500: --- begin server output ---

Server Error (500)
A server error has occurred.
--- end server output ---

Looking at the Task Queues tab on the dashboard, it shows no tasks in the queues at all, which is clearly wrong because I keep getting error emails that only these tasks generated.

Anyone else having similar issues? My app id is : networkedblogs

Checked my other app and it's having the same issue. Task queue tasks are being executed but the dashboard thinks they're not, and the datastore is returning A TON of failures. Also, can't upload any new versions to try to reduce the damage this is causing. Not a great situation to be in watching your app causing trouble and not even have the option to stop it :(

I'm getting TransientError exceptions also. 500 errors on deploy.

Looks like it's back to normal now. The issues started at 12:54pm and lasted until 1:35pm. A total of 41 minutes.

I'm still getting errors - can't even get to https://appengine.google.com/
without a server error... :-/

Anybody else seeing this ??!

Now I'm getting this in the Admin Console. Also, my site is running
very slow. Responses are taking much longer than what is normal.

We are also experiencing a lot of errors.
We can't deploy a new version. Dashboard is also not working.
Very annoying, because we are trying to fix one of our new apps.
We would really appreciate if you could fix this asap.
It seems Google IO is getting all the attention :S

I'm not seeing any issues - dashboard is responsive, and logs don't
show any unusual errors. So the problem is only affecting some users.

Something is going on, my apps are all working correctly but I can't
deploy or log in to my dashboard. It's been this way for the last
20-30 mins or so. I guess it's time to pack it in for the day...

I too am getting Server 500 errors from the Admin Console as of 6:30PM
EST. This is extremely frustrating.

Hi,

Is it possible to have multiple domains in 1 google Apps account? So that I could point it to the same GAE application. Or do I need a different account for each domain?

The reason I want to do this is that I have a campaign application that generates different images/text based on the url.

You can add more than one domain for the same app, as long as they are available (validated) in your Google Apps account.
I use thumbs1.example.com and thumbs2.example.com which point to the same app so a browser can download the thumbs in parallel.

Hi Travis,

My applications (pe-server1 and pe-server2) are also having this
problem.
Task queues can't be executed successfully.
Thank you in advance.
