why appengine blocking mails ?

Hi;
I tried to send mails to my subscriber list.But when i send some mails
to my subscribers my mails not sending by appengine.

My all mails are blocking everthing looks fine but mails not sending .

Can app engine have a simultaneus concurrency limit or secondly limit
for mailing ? I tried to send 5 connections per second but my mails
blocking in first 400 mails.

How can i resolve this issue ?

Are you sure your mails are not going to Spam / Junk folders?

Yes im sure. I am checking and i tried to send mail to my custom mail
but still appengine not sending mails.first mails are ok but after
then mails not sending appengine blocking mails inside of their
servers.they don't send mails. how can i resolve this issue ?
