Domain Admin

[App Engineer]

Hi,

Is there a way distinguish between a domain administrator
(ad...@domain.com) and a domain user (us...@domain.com) for apps that
are restricted to a Google Apps domain?

I know I can determine the administrator (users.is_current_user_admin)
for the Google App Engine application. But the two administrators can
be different and I may have more than 1 admin for my domain.
