Earlier I was unable to deploy project to GCP but today I'm getting stuck with this (gcloud.app.deploy) INVALID_ARGUMENT: The following quotas were exceeded: IN_USE_ADDRESSES (quota: 4, used: 4 + needed: 2) error.

Why this error is coming  while deploying to GCP?

Hi Amit,

I ran into the same issue. You just need to increase your Quotas for these settings. You can find them in your IAM & Admin > Quotas section. Increase it to 10 or 12 and you should be able to deploy. I had a few others I had to increase as well when I was deploying several services.

I'm also receiving INVALID_ARGUMENT today, though I don't see anything about IN_USE_ADDRESSES in my deployment issues. I compared build logs between the last successful deployment and today, and the only difference I could spot is gcr.io/gae-runtimes/go111_app_builder. The working version (as of my last successful deployment on April 20) was go111_20200223_1_11_13_RC00. Today's version is go111_20200412_1_11_13_RC00. I'm still unsure if the underlying issue is on my side or not.
