In the new Datastore console, Go to the Entities screen.
Start typing the namespace. It does not suggest the namespaces.

If you have an issue to track, please make a more detailed posting to the Public Issue Tracker for the Cloud Platform. There are also issue trackers of other kinds, for cloud-sql, for appengine, and for the google-cloud-sdk, but this issue fits in the first, general-purpose Cloud Platform Issue Tracker linked above.
