HRD app Datastore admin http status 500 and data upload Authentication failed

Hello All
I've recently created a new app (hrd)
1) i cant get into Datastore Admin, cause of an error
now i cannt import anything into it, using appcfg upload_data (i want to import data exported from old-fashin 2.5 app)
getting Authentication failed (for mine Owner account which is not a part of app domain)
in logs there are
mine app is billable but i dont even know where to write tickets

The server encountered an error and could not complete your request.
If the problem persists, please report your problem and mention this error message and the query that caused it.
