experimental Search API quotas

Do you use the experimental App Engine Search API in your application? Interested in trying it out but can't run your service within the experimental quota? We'll be granting a limited number of Search API quota increases to allow developers to test the API with larger indexes or increased traffic. If you're interested in a quota increase, please fill out our request form.

I filled one out a while back and got no reply. Do I need to fill out another? Was my previous request denied? Or are you only now considering requests for quota increases?
