blobstore file

Hi,

I've run into a problem using the file API for blobstore (http://code.google.com/appengine/docs/python/blobstore/overview.html#Writing_Files_to_the_Blobstore) on dev_appserver.py with --high_replication. It seems that after files.finalize(file_name) is called, the blob_key is not immediately available. Is this a known issue? I couldn't find it here (http://code.google.com/p/googleappengine/issues/list).
