Is there a minimum SDK version required to use the High Replication Datastore?

My app is currently on 1.3.8.  We will need to replace a 3rd party library to get up to 1.5.x.

Production doesn't use the sdk, production is on 1.5.3 so to speak.  Have you uploaded your application yet?
