gae transparent icon / gif we may use and flexible reply-to email handling

Dear gae team and developers, looking for 1. a transparent icon / gif
we may display rather exactly like
http://code.google.com/appengine/docs/python/images/transform_resize_after.jpg
and transparent
and 2. whether it's allowed to use any origin email sender from a
google apps domain ie not having to add a user to the dev group for
app, so any user from an apps domain may display as reply address.
Spec I used admin@.... for reply address and also could use
info@...for reply address and preferably any address allowed given my
domain1.tld. It's perfectly doable just adding the new name info
instead of admin and for next time easier allowing any. Thankfully
welcoming your response and advice

either ditching the idea, getting go ahead converting the white bg, or
accessing via filter welcoming any advice.

A transparent gae icon now is technically done with GIMP
(www.koolbusiness.com) welcoming any farther advice, comment or
restriction whether licence is flexible enough for this tiny altered

where also png seems OK. Thank you
