Receiving blank page

Hello, 

We have a app engine application that is accessible to public that requires login using their google account. However, we are being informed by some of our users, that some of them are receiving blank page when they they want to start the application at http://gold.AppyBuilder.com. Has anyone experienced this issue with their GAE apps? I think (but not sure), if user logs out of all their gmail accounts, then try in incognito mode the application, then they receive the login screen. Using console, I looked at latency, and the running instances have latency under 200ms (attached). 


All help on this will be appreciated.

No one is experiencing this issue?

I have found-out that IF users use the actual appspot url address (e.g. http://goldappybuilder.appspot.com/), then they don't experience the white-screen issue. However, if they use the provided domain (http://gold.AppyBuilder.com) then they have the white-screen. Anyone knows what may cause this issue to happen?

Hi Hossein,

There is a likelihood that your DNS configuration is incomplete. You may double check the steps you have taken to map your custom domain. If the issue still persists, I recommend to raise a PRIVATE issue report in the issue tracker and provide us with your project number there, so that we would be able to dig into the issue.
