This deployment has too many files error

 This deployment has too many files. New versions are limited to 10000.

i got such error in my php project

but i have only 4478

Uploading 4478 files to Google Cloud Storage.

i am deploying using 

gcloud beta app deploy

This issue is already reported in the Issue Tracker. I recommend that you continue with that thread and provide us with the following info there:

- Which GAE environment (flex or standard) are you using?

- Are you using `skip_files` in app.yaml?

- Can you confirm that on windows, there is not a hidden folder that ought be ignored, but in fact uploaded?
