Jordan, thanks for the reply. I have as suggested created an issue, I don't think I can run to 150 dollars a month for support though :)
Can you have a short term support contract for individual issues such as these, that would be ok for me.
Lastly any idea how long this stuff takes? My website is down until I resolve the issue.
