what does /usr/bin/bash: Exit 60 mean?

to Google App Engine

Trying to deploy the App engine. Opened the course builder file, went to scripts and clicked on windows_deploy. After that I saw a message stating, "SUCCESS: Specified value was saved. What is the name of the App Engine instance to deploy to?". So I typed the project ID and got the captioned message (/ur/bin/bash: Exit 60). What does this mean and where did I go wrong?

I did a bit of research and couldn't find possible issues. Google Groups is more geared towards high-level discussions about the platform. I suggest posting this on Stackoverflow as your question will get more visibility and better chances of an answer.
