Hi, 
I have created a "Load Balancer", connected to VM's unmanaged group having 2 VMs connected to it and when i hit a request to load balancer IP, sometimes it gets passed to connected VMs succesfully and sometimes i get server failure message as following even VM's health is OK.

The issue that you have reported require your project id and more project specific details to proceed further with the investigation.  In addition to that the issue that you have reported seems more related to Cloud Load Balancing issue or Compute Engine issue not App Engine issues under the category you have reported this issue.

As you are trying to resolve this technical issue, I would advise you to open a new Public Issue by selecting the appropriate component from here and one of the Google Cloud Support agent will assist you to resolve your issue. During creating the Public Issue select the Private Component as you will have to share Project name and other project specific details.
