ISSUE with the all the URL's while creating XML Sitemap Generation

Hello Experts,

Please help me with the issue, I tried to create XML Sitemap for my Client URL(https://www.connect2mydoctor.com/) using xml sitemap generator, only 12 URL's are showing other URL'S are not found in that. Please help me how to generate xml sitemap for all the URL's.
