App Engine Appid Missing on Login

[Living Bal]

Hello,

I just made some changes to my app but when I try to upload, I get an
error telling me I am not authorized to complete the request. The app
in question is livingbal.appspot.com

When I login to appengine.google.com or appengine.google.com/a/
livingbalancecentre.com.au the app is not there.

How can I get this app back? And where has it disappeared to? I am
definitely logging in with the correct account so I am puzzled as to
what has happened.

No, I am using appspot.com/a/livingbalancecentre.com.au which is the
registered domain for the login address that I am using. (And I am
loging in with the user associated with that account, not this one)

When I login to appspot.com/a/livingbalancecentre.com.au I get a page
requested not found error.

When I login to appengine.google.com/a/livingbalancecentre.com.au I
see two applications which are unknown to me and the ones I need are
not there.
