Can't deploy app. Stops on cloning

Hi there,
this morning after two deployments to my appengine app i can't deploy it anymore. When i try to deploy the app i get this error message:

Cloned 600 files.
Cloned 700 files.
Cloned 800 files.

Anyone have suggestions on this?

I have the same problem, Python flavored appengine. 

It still worked at 13:00 UTC, and stopped working right after that time and persists until now.

Deploying a new version seems to work.

uhm no, deploying a new version doesn't work for me. it takes a long time to process and i guess there is an internal timeout.

This issue is tracked there:

- If your app is using M/S this should now be fixed.
- If your app is using HDR please open a new production issue with
your application id.
