My Website not running after billing verification

Intially my vm instance have stopped working due to non verification of billing. But now my billing status is active and my websites are not running https://www.sarkarimantra.com/. Please can you help me. Showing error as image below

Hi Nitin,

Can you please confirm if you have access to your VM instance? If yes, can you please try to login to your VM and check your web-server is up and running?

I can see 2 VMs in one of your project is up and running. You may want to verify that GCP firewall rules are not blocking connection to your website?

If you still facing issues, please send me your cloud project number, VM instance name.
