In developing applications using AppEngine using the go language, I want to know AppEngine is compatible with the websocket.

Hey Nagai,
The question is one which comes up often. While it's possible to use a Flexible Environment app which can listen and respond to connections on a TCP port of your choosing, there's also ongoing work on WebSockets for regular App Engine apps. So, to answer your question directly, it's possible right now on go only if you're in a Flexible Environment application.
