Google Dictionary app for mobile (while unlocking mobile screen)

Hello People and Google,

I am expecting soon from google a mobile app. like U-Dictionary(English Dictionary) app, what it does while unlocking screen in mobile every time gives new english/hindi etc language keywords to learn new words. The problem is with this app, words pre-stored in app, we can't do there customization(meaning if i know Apple meaning then i don't want to know that word again on my mobile screen). i want to be displayed at screen per user customization meaning if i want to know meaning of CUSTOM, LYRICS,JEALOUS etc. only words meaning then this should be display on my mobile screen while unlocking.

So google can call in that app google dictionary API.

It should be both ONLINE and OFFLINE.

it's really good idea to improve or to learn new languages.

Is that possible OR if already there then please let me know?

To clarify is app google dictionary API a Google provided API or a personal one as it is not clear. Also you are expecting a Google mobile app? Is that one that you are developing? If so, any features that require updates would be the responsibility of the developer.
