Javadoc call from App Engine?

Hi, I'm new to the App Engine, but I'd like to try to deploy a Java-based app to the AE. However, my app first utilizes output from the javadoc tool (a RootDoc object). Can we deploy an app that somehow makes a call out to javadoc and passes it input which is a set of files for processing? Thanks.
