appengine admin

I successfully posted an application and it is running on appspot.com

Now when I try to submit another:

 I open appengine.google.com I am redirected to start page and my only options are to read some info or 'Create Application' 

 On selecting Create Application I get prompted for mobile number and fail with message that the number was already used.

So can anyone tell me if you have 1 application running must you stop or delete before you can run another?

I don't seem to have Adminconsole to administer the application so I have no idea how to delete or stop it.

Any ideas?
