Custom domain slow ?

Hi, 
My custom domain (two years)  is very slow for a few weeks : > 10s

and my id.appspot.com is ok : <1s

ideas ????

Can you share your custom domain/application ID so we can look at it? 

If you're not willing to share the addresses, can you visit each site with Chrome's Developer Tools enabled and post screenshots of the Network tab? Here's how to use it: https://developer.chrome.com/devtools/docs/network
