How to disable google cloud account to stop payments

Hello, I would like to disable payments and my google cloud account all together, I don't feel comfortable with my card being there anymore and would like to back out of the free trial.

As far as I am aware, there's no way of canceling the free trial.  You can however, disable all the APIs in your project to ensure nothing is billed and wait for the free trial to expire.  This should effectively get the end result you seek about the trial by simply ignoring it.

Regarding the billing account, the article Create, modify, or close your billing account may be helpful for what you'd like to accomplish.  If you have further questions that my post or this help center do not answer, I would suggest filling out this form for billing support.  I hope this helps and that your concerns are tended to.
