I am experiencing the same thing. I can't access sites like `loudr.fm`, or `app.simplenote.com`, both of which resolve to `216.239.32.21`.

For the past hour I've observed connectivity issues across a large sampling of Comcast connections to some high profile Google IPs that used for custom domains on Blogger and Google App Engine. These are:

216.239.32.21
216.239.38.21
216.239.34.21
216.239.36.21

Seems to only affect traffic - ICMP and web - towards Google, we can ping on the return path from GAE to Comcast.

Traceroutes drop early in Comcast's network at some sort of regional POP level.

The IPs mentioned are not static IP addresses but rather IPs that are shared among all apps. I was able to access both sites `loudr.fm`, or `app.simplenote.com` and not able to reproduce your issue. As such, I recommend contacting Comcast support page.

A thread like this is off-topic for Google Groups. This forum isn't meant for 1-on-1 technical issues, but for general discussion of the platform's products. For technical support, post in StackOverflow which we also monitor. You can also consult our documentation on how to Report Bugs and Request Features with Issue Trackers or this documentation on how to get support for Google Cloud Platform, in general.
