Sure, we are all anxious to tell you how to violate Google’s TOS, Youtubes TOS, and AppEngine’s TOS on a Google Hosted message board.  We are all so anxious to have your approval that we are willing to lose our accounts with Google.

did you try:
from youtube import youtube
video=youtube.download('9bZkp7q19f0')

According to the documentation you need a 

youtube.get_terms().disregard()

before that function works. 

Also I believe dQw4w9WgXcQ is a better video for testing purposes.
