Bounce mail handling !

Hi;
Now my application can receiving and sending mail.But in documents says bounce mails are sending back to sender adress.But in message headers return-path looking like "3uw3OTgoJC4opszywrs1s5u0o...@2uix4h7xygsz66weerlq.apphosting.bounces.google.com".

When i try to send mail to my application im receiving succesfully.But why bounces NOT sending back ? How can i handle them ?

I notice you've already found the bug report. Google doesn't comment
on mail API problems unfortunately.

I think the bounce messages are only sent when the emails is not
delivered succesfully.
But I have never received the bounce messages for failure deliveries.
I have ever tried sent emails to non-exist addresses.
But there is no bounce messages.
