Enabling billing on appengine

Hi

I tried to enable billing on appspot id: race-timing

And I see this error:  And now appengine shows that billing will be enabled and billing changes cannot be made for 30 minutes, even though I don't see a google checkout order?  Can someone help or let me know that it will clear itself.  Thanks, Ralph
