gspread returns a 404

I wrote my application in python, and it reads a google sheet, using gspread,  to fill in a schedule. It has worked for years, and suddenly it stopped working. I renewed everything and it runs locally on my PC, but when I deploy it on App Engine I get a 404 error. This is the screen http://coastalflyrodders.com
